Since 1972, we have been doing our part to keep our local history alive.

Where it all began.

Forty-eight years ago, a group of visionary citizens established the Marble Rock Historical Society with the purpose of preserving the past for the benefit of future generations. Over the years we have amassed information and thousands of items generously donated by citizens of this community and others who value the preservation of history. Since our humble beginnings we now have wide ranging displays in five buildings and continue to make plans for the future.
